Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without justification.
The term is 14 days and starts on the day that you or a third person named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods in your/their possession.

of your decision to revoke the contract by submitting a clear explanation (i.e. written letter sent by mail, fax, email). You may use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not mandatory to use such.
Preserving terms is accomplished by timely dispatch of the declaration of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have to refund all funds, that we received from you, including the shipping costs (excluding the additional costs, resulting from you selecting a different way of shipping other than the inexpensive, standard one offered by us) forthwith and within a 14 day period starting on the day of receiving your written withdrawal.

The refund will be made in the same form of payment you used when placing your order, except a different explicit agreement was made. There will be no charge for the refund by us. We may deny the refund until we receive the goods back or until you prove that the goods have been sent back, depending on which is earlier.
You have to return the goods immediately and within the 14 day period, starting on the day that you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The term is maintained, if you send off the goods before expiration of the 14 day term. You are responsible for the immediate costs of the return.

You are only responsible for a possible value loss, if the value loss is not due to handling the goods to check the nature, features and operation in a necessary manner.
